HONG KONG, 25 AUGUST 2016:  Mr Leung Chun-ying, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, pens a message of condolence for the late former President S R Nathan at the Singapore Consulate-General in Hong Kong.  Mr Leung had previously met Mr Nathan several times during his past visits to Singapore.
