HONG KONG, 6 MARCH 2017.  Consul-General of Singapore in Hong Kong Ms Foo Teow Lee made an introductory call on Secretary for the Civil Service Mr Clement Cheung on 6 March 2017.  At the meeting, Secretary Cheung and Consul-General Foo exchanged ideas on furthering civil service collaborations between Singapore and Hong Kong.
