HONG KONG, 11 July 2017.  Dr Koh Poh Koon, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of National Development & Ministry of Trade and Industry, spoke at the plenary session of the Hong Kong Summit on 11 July 2017.  Organised by the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, the Hong Kong Summit brings together ministers, officials, business leaders, experts and academics from Hong Kong, Mainland China and Southeast Asian countries to discuss prospects of economic cooperation and regional collaboration.  At the sidelines of the Summit, Dr Koh also met Chief Executive Mrs Carrie Lam, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Mr Edward Yau, and Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Mr Patrick Nip.
