INVITATION TO QUOTE 2026 – PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT THE SINGAPORE CONSULATE-GENERAL IN HONG KONG FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND ONE (1) YEAR

The Singapore Consulate-General in Hong Kong would like to invite relevant vendors to quote for the provision of cleaning services at the Singapore Consulate-General in Hong Kong for a period of one year (01 November 2026 – 31 October 2027) with an option to extend one year (01 November 2027 – 31 October 2028).

Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:

• Overall Price Competitiveness – 50%

• Compliance with Specifications – 30%

• Company Track Record – 15%

• Innovation – 5%

The quotation opening period will be open from 11 September 2026 (Friday) to 21 September 2026 (Monday) at 1200 hrs, Hong Kong time.

All proposals must be submitted in hardcopy in a sealed envelope and addressed to Ms Elena Tan. Vendors shall specify clearly on the back of the envelope: (i) the quotation title i.e. “Provision of Cleaning Services at the Singapore Consulate-General in Hong Kong for 1+1 year”; (ii) the Submission Date and Time; and (iii) the name and address of the Potential Supplier.

Quotes received after the deadline will not be considered.

The Singapore Consulate-General will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at its office.
