INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR GROUP MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR EMPLOYEES OF CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN HONG KONG

1) Specifications

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong would like to invite your company to quote for Group Medical Insurance for our 10 local employees.  The insurance coverage period is from 1 March 2016 to 28 February 2017 inclusive.

Interested companies could request for the specifications (inpatient and outpatient benefits) together with the claim paid details for the period from 1 March 2015 to 17 December 2015 by emailing to Hong_Kong_procurement@mfa.sg.  All rates and prices quoted should be exclusive of tax.  If any tax is payable, it should be stated separately.  Any enquiries regarding specifications, etc may be made to Ms Liew Pei Shan at Tel No: 2527 2212.

2) Closing Date

Please submit your quotation by email to Hong_Kong_procurement@mfa.sg no later than 3.00 pm on 15 January 2016.

3) Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotation must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

4) Evaluation Criteria

Your bid will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

(a)    Compliance with specifications;

(b)    Track record of company; and

(c)    Price competitiveness.

5) Award of Quotation

The acceptance and award of quotation will be at the sole discretion of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong and it will be posted on our website.  The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation, or the whole or any part of any offer.  Thank you.
