INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR RELOCATION SERVICES – DOOR TO DOOR SHIPMENT OF PERSONAL EFFECTS FROM HONG KONG TO SINGAPORE

1)     Specifications

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong would like to invite your company to quote for the door-to-door shipment of personal effects of staff from the Singapore Consulate. The specifications are as follows:

Shipment Volume        :           9.81 cbm (inclusive crating)

Insurance Value          :           SGD27,000.00

Destination                  :           Hong Kong to Singapore

All rates and prices quoted should be exclusive of tax.  If any tax is payable, it should be stated separately.  Any enquiries regarding specifications, etc may be made to Ms Ivy Chan at Tel No: 2527 2212.

2)     Closing Date

All quotations must be by email to hong_kong_procurement@mfa.sg not later than 12 noon on Friday, 11 March 2016. Late submissions will be disqualified.

3)     Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from date of submission.

4)     Evaluation Criteria

Your quotation bid will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

a)               Compliance with specifications

b)               Track record of company

c)               Price competitiveness

5)     Award of Quotation

The acceptance and award of quotation will be at the sole discretion of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong and it will be posted on our website.  The Consulate does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation, or the whole or any part of any offer.
