INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR RELOCATION SERVICES FOR CONSULATE -GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE

1) Specifications

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore, would like to invite quotations for door-to-door shipment of personal effects from Hong Kong to Singapore. The specifications are as follows:

Shipment Volume    :                       14 cbm and 14.58 cbm

Insurance Value      :                       SGD30,000

Destination              :                       Hong Kong to Singapore

All rates and prices quoted should be exclusive of tax. If any tax is payable, it should be stated separately. Any enquiries regarding specifications, etc may be made to Ms Esther Chan at Tel No: 2101 9635.

2) Closing Date

All quotations must be email to Hong_Kong_procurement@sgmfa.gov.sg  not later than 12.00 pm on 19 November 2014.  Late submissions will be disqualified.

3) Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from date of submission.

4) Evaluation Criteria

Your bid will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

a) Compliance with specifications

b) Track record of company

c)  Price competitiveness

5) Award of Quotation

The acceptance and award of quotation will be at the sole discretion of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore and it will be posted on our website. The Consulate does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation, or the whole or any part of any offer.
