Information on withdrawing CPF contributions while overseas.

For non-Singapore Citizens and non-Permanent Residents, your Central Provident Fund (CPF) account will be closed in the month following the renunciation of your Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Upon account closure, a) any remaining savings will stop earning the prevailing CPF interest rate; and b) your participation in the schemes administered by the CPF Board will be ceased. To withdraw your CPF contributions, you may download the form here. Please note that overseas applications and certifications of non-original documents must be witnessed and/or certified by an official from a Singapore Overseas Mission. If you are based Hong Kong or Macau, you may book an appointment at https://calendly.com/sgconsulatehk/appointment, Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 12pm, and walk-ins are not allowed. You will have to appear in person and bring along the following for your appointment:
